Emma Michaels, author of'Owlet'.
I voted "yes" because if it's a favorite blogger, I'd want to support him/her no matter what. However, for other bloggers, it'd mostly depend on the novel. If it's something I find intriguing, then yes -- but if not, then I'll probably wait for a library copy.
I voted 'yes' for the same reason as, Sandy Shin.
I love the new look of your blog. Especially the red hair! I am now a follower. Best of luck. Connie
I almost voted yes . . . I imagine that in most cases, it would be yes because if they're my favorite, I must have connected with their writing . . . but what if they publish something that is so off the wall bizarre . . . something that I don't believe in or support . . . or that I'd be mortified to have my mother discover when she peruses through my shelves? I wouldn't do it. So just for that 'what if' moment, I put it depends. But seriously, in 99% of the cases, I'd buy it to support them. Absolutely.Long-winded enough answer?
So many wonderful answers! I wonder how many of them would also depend on if it was an e-book or not... hmmm... Thank you everyone who has already answered!!!!!!! Hope to hear even more answers!

I voted! Polls are a lot of fun - it's always interesting seeing what people like or don't like :)
I voted yes. Because of my location and currency it'd probably take me a while, but I definitely would buy it if it sounded like something I'd enjoy =)
