Teaser Tuesday: The Replacements

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB of Should Be Reading. Anyone can play along! Just do the following:

• Open to a random page

My Teaser:

The air was too thick to breath, almost like water, and the ground had stopped feeling cold.
I turned my face into the grass and wondered if this was how people felt when they knew they were going to die.
