My first week of In My Mailbox!!!
Welcome to In My Mailbox! You can find out how to participate and the "official" details on the IMM page.
IMM is a meme I started here at The Story Siren with some inspiration from Alea of Pop Culture Junkie.
The idea behind IMM was not only to put new books on your radar but to also encourage blogger interaction. IMM explores the weekly contents of my mailbox & books bought. And sometimes other fun goodies.
Anyone can participate in IMM and you are not limited to only sharing books that arrive via your mailbox. You can also share books that you've bought or books that you've gotten at the library.

city of bones is amazing! You need to read it and soon
ReplyDeleteDon't feel bad. I have had all of those for at least a year and they haven't been touched *hangs head in shame*
ReplyDeleteI haven't read Blue Bloods either so don't feel bad. I also just started Vampire Academy this past year so I'm late to the game on that one too. Can't wait to read Guardian of the Gate!
ReplyDeleteCity of Bones is my favourite novel, well part of my favourite series. Cassandra Clare is just brilliant! And I really need to start the Blue Bloods series, too. Great mailbox you've got, enjoy it:)
ReplyDeleteHere is my Mailbox
And don't forget to check out my giveaway, ending on Nov 30th and open internationally, here!

Cool! Welcome to IMM. Hope you enjoy your books. I love your expression when you held up Guardian of the Gate. I have that one in my TBR pile. Don't feel bad...I haven't read Vampire Academy either. Happy reading!! Here's my IMM.
ReplyDeleteHi ! Thanks for following me :) I'm your new follower too now !
ReplyDeleteI love your vlog :D !
You've got some great books this week !
City of bones & Vampire Academy are two of my favorites series I hope you'll enjoy them as much as I did.
I've read The prophecy of the sisters and I'm gonna receive Sisters of the gate for Christmas can't wait to read it either !
I've just discovered that you've written a book !!! WOW this is amazing :D ! I've just put your book The Thirtennth Chime is my wish list ;).
Happy reading !
Aw, yay, your first In My Mailbox! That's so exciting! AND you did a vlog. That's just awesome. Might I just mention that I absolutely LOVE your eyes, and that you were so cute being polite to us! Made me go "aww". :)
ReplyDeleteAnyway. You have got some REALLY AWESOME BOOKS. Caps were needed to emphasis. I really, really enjoyed Vampire Academy and The Body Finder - I hope you will, too! I was late to the Vampire Academy bandwagon and was so upset I didn't pick it up sooner; it's truly a great series.
I'm with you on the City of Bones series, though. I haven't read it yet, although my blogging buddies keep telling me how amazing it is and how I need to read it. I haven't read Blue Bloods either (although I won a companion novel for it, so I might pick it up soon).
So anyway, great mailbox haul this week! I'm a total library hog, too (well, usually... I've been trying to cut down on my library grabs lately xP). Happy readings, Emma! :)
Enjoy! I read City of Bones a few weeks ago. I liked it, but I didn't love it. I will need to continue the series.
ReplyDeleteGood books on your first IMM.
ReplyDeleteI love the shinny cover of City of Bones. *-*
Love,
Milla.
You got some awesome books! Don't feel bad, I haven't read Blue Bloods, Vampire Academy, or Generation Dead either. They've all been on my TBR for forever. Someday I'll read them.

Emma welcome to the fun of talking about and gushing over books we are happy to share with others! I too have not read The Mortal Instruments series, have the first 3 books on my TBR and as they are Hard Back just not gotten to them yet.. My Mass Market Paperbacks are faster reads, especially when laying in bed as they are light and easy to hold!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my mailbox post and hope to see you again next week! Happy reading....

ReplyDeleteLove, love, love Charlaine Harris' Sookie Stackhouse series, Michelle Zink's Prophecy of the Sisters series, and Cassandra Clare's The Mortal Instruments series (okay, okay, and her Infernal Devices series). You've certainly gotten some excellent books this week! Happy reading! <3
ReplyDeleteDon't worry, I haven't read a lot of those either! (Some I tried and just couldn't get into.)
